seller is impossible to communicate with as she just ignores messages. the collar although extremely pretty was faulty, with pieces of glue on the inside of the collar having gone an awful colour and a piece of the paracord attached to the glue had come unstuck. my dog is 11 years old small dog and it makes me think that a large dog the collar might unravel which in turn could have a nasty outcome if on a busy road or around live stock.
