I am an Energy Therapist and a qualified Crystal Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher and Flower & Gem Essences Practitioner. I work with a combination of these therapies in my energy therapy treatments and offer treatment courses in energy therapy, Reiki and Flower Essence treatment Journeys. Giving support to women who are going through challenging and stressful times to heal and balance emotions. My treatments work towards support in gaining direction, developing confidence and strengthening self belief, Connecting to the heart centre to release any negative self beliefs that may be holding them back from having the confidence and clarity to follow their heart and feel empowered.

Flower and crystal essences and the energy of crystals hold vibrational healing properties to support us on an emotional and mental level, moving us from lower vibrational feelings and thoughts to the more positive higher vibrational and helping us to change any self limiting beliefs that can be holding us back in life. It is my wish to give this gift through the creation of my Wild Lore Essences Energy Sprays and Crystals. Each spray is handmade with loving intention by myself with the energies of crystals, plants, trees and flowers and the energy of the elements and platonic solids with beautiful Reiki. My range is constantly changing and evolving depending on which essence wants to be created and which crystals are called for in these changing times.
