Tulle & Flo designs was born from the imagination of Claire Buckley. A relentless force of never ending artistic unique ideas. That whirlwind is me :)
I spent many of my teenage years buried in tulle and sparkle designing and creating Dance costumes for myself and all my lovely dancing girlies, ready for performances at the Lawrence Batley Theatre. This then progressed into designing and creating my own special occasion wear and selling them in a local Boutique. My love for everything glitzy, girlie and gorgeous kept growing and growing.
That's when I started at the Bridal Boutique Limelight Occasions as a Bridal consultant and trainee seamstress! DREAM JOB! Working with Brides and fabrics and embellishments, teaming together looks to find the perfect dress, veil and headpiece has always been so rewarding.
However, I felt I wanted to take my artistry and ideas into my own hands and design veils, in an array of designs and styles. I feel if your dress is your canvas for so much love, craft and detail, why on earth can't your veil be?!
A veil finishes off the look. It's like the border to your canvas, therefore it should either compliment and blend with the gown or stand out and scream 'Hell Yeah, look at how awesome we look'.
On the premise of this I created 'Tulle & Flo designs'. An exciting venture full of amazing tulles, gorgeous flowers and lots and lots of glitz and sparkle!
Classic timeless looks with a twist of fab flair, enchanting fairytale with girly vibes and modern inspiration with subtle vintage , the possibilities are endless.
