All items are handmade to order. I can also cater for personalised orders, please get in touch with your ideas and we can make them happen!
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Second Class Tracked on orders over the value of £10.00. European orders are sent via Royal Mail 6-7 working days. International orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked. If you require your items quicker than the time specified by Etsy then please let me know and I will try to speed the process up for you. The estimated arrival times may not be accurate and your item may be delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic or delivery delays with Royal Mail. As delivery is through a third party Amber Mia Jewellery is not responsible for loss or delay in your parcels arrival.

2 out of 5 starsThese earrings are very beautiful, but unfortunately they arrived very late - around 6 weeks after purchase and ultimately too late for the wedding I had bought them for. I did contact the seller in that time and asked them why it was taking so long. They responded and promised to re-send the item. But then as the wedding approached and I realised they weren't going to arrive in time, I contacted them again to ask for a refund. I didn't get a reply to this message. The earrings arrived a week later, after the wedding had passed. This was disappointing, although the earrings are very nice and I will hopefully get the chance to use them at some point in the future.

Care instructions
Remove jewellery when in contact with water.
Avoid harmful chemicals and perfumes and hand sanitiser.
Store in a cool dry place.
The items are very delicate so be gentle with your jewellery.
Sizing details
All sizing details are included on each individual listing. Please message me if you have any queries.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Free gift wrapping with a personalised note is available. Please select this option at check out.
Returns
Returns are only accepted for necklaces. For hygiene reasons I am unable to accept earrings. As rings are made to order and you select your own ring size I am also unable to accept these. If your item arrived damage a refund will be given or the option for a new product to be sent. The buyer has 7 days from arrival of the item to contact me for returns.
The buyer is responsible for their own postage costs and I will not be held responsible of loss of item.
If items do not return in their original condition then a refund will not be given.
Exchanges
I will accept exchanges if your item is not the correct size. However this policy only applies to bracelets, necklaces and anklets.
I will not accept exchanges on earrings, and customised orders.
The buyer will need to contact me within 7 days of receiving their item in the post.
The buyer is responsible for their own postage costs and liability if the item is lost.
Postage
There is a set price for postage and packaging. All items will be sent via Royal Mail.
Myself or Royal Mail are not responsible if the package is lost.
If you are concerned about your package then please request tracked postage at the checkout.
