4 out of 5 starsLovely card, unfortunately didn’t arrive in time so I had to go and buy another. I’m sure this was as much to do with the postal service as the seller though.

All orders sent with Royal Mail's standard First class service, which is not a next day guaranteed service/ untracked.
We make sure to dispatch all orders as quick as possible, usually next working day. Once your order is dispatched, unfortunately the delivery time is out of our control. To save any disappointment we are unable to promise for an exact arrival time.
If your order is urgently needed, we suggest upgrading your delivery to Special Delivery. Which aims to deliver your parcel next day before 1pm. However sometimes they might take up to 48hrs.
How long will my order take to arrive?
-All UK deliveries are sent out First class via Royal Mail ( untacked ) Which usually delivers in a few days but sometimes ( Bank Holidays/ Strike dates etc.) can take up to 10 working days.

-If your order is urgently needed, please consider upgrading your delivery method to Special delivery with extra cost. ( Tracked and aims to deliver in 24-48 hrs)
My order hasn't arrived within ETSY's estimated delivery time, can I have a refund?
Please note that if an item does not arrive or has gone missing you will have to wait a specific number of working days before your item is officially confirmed as lost by our courier (Royal Mail) before we can offer you a full refund.
-10 Working days form the dispatch time, this excludes Royal Mail strike dates/Bank Holidays or busy times of the year I.e Christmas time.
To save disappointment all orders should be placed at least 1,5 weeks prior to your need to give adequate processing plus shipping time.
IMPORTANT:ETYS'S estimated arrival times aren't guaranteed by us, and orders' arrival times can exceed these dates. to save any disappointment please give your order plenty of times to arrive.
My delivery address is wrong, can I get a refund?
Buyers are responsible to provide their addresses correctly/ in the correct format. We kindly remind you to double check your address when placing an order, if you notice that the delivery address is wrong/missing please contact asap (before the item posted) and we can correct it for you.
