Custom and personalised orders

Due to their nature, custom orders are NON-REFUNDABLE, and may have some variability in the production time depending on size & complexity.
Care instructions
All pieces should be handled by the frame only to avoid dirt, however, the fabric can be removed and hand washed in cold water with a light detergent. This should then be laid on a clean towel, rolled and lightly squeezed to remove excess water. It should then be unrolled and left to air dry. It can also be ironed on a low heat on the reverse while slightly damp. WARNING: colours may run if washed, only do this if absolutely necessary.
