I am really enjoying this series of moons from Midge Porter Designs. I order each kit when it comes out, in the hand dyed thread and coloured fabric. It is lovely to see how each one develops with the variations in the thread colour. As I am ordering each one I ask that the needle and general instructions are not included as I don’t need them each time: another perk of ordering from a small business.

My mom and I decided that this year we'd finally try doing a temperature chart stitch-along for 2026. I was torn between so many different patterns that I had trouble picking just one, but I finally forced myself to narrow it down for just a few. I started my 2026 temperature chart with a different pattern, but I couldn't pass this pattern up for a future year. It's so creative and lovely, and the pattern is easy to read. I'm looking forward to using this next year!
