We do various sizing & heights, Please all all our listings in our shop - depending on what Animal your purchasing for. please double check all measurements and bowl sizes when ordering.

Most of our items are personalised - due to this nature we cannot accept returns for buyers errors.

we bubble wrap all our items & use sourced recycled cardboard boxes.

please note we are unable to accept any returns due to buyers error , this includes but is not limited to incorrect sizes selected by the buyer , names or colour choices.
these options are provided too you when you select your options , it is your responsibility to choose which best suits your animal
Please note in the case of late delivery's:
Unfortunately we can no long send replacements until we have conformation from the courier the parcel is missing we do apologise for this, however we have had a few parcels turn up a few days later after refunds have been issued.
Therfore if a parcel is delayed - we cannot replace or refund until the courier cannot locate the parcel ( 14 days from loss date )
