Due to the nature of DIGITAL FILES, I do NOT accept refunds or exchanges.

1-. DIGITAL STENCILS: **

• For PERSONAL use ONLY
• You CANNOT resell or redistribute the digital stencil but you can use it in your projects.
• You CANNOT claim the design as you're own
I do ask to give credit, please mention @zeewilldraw, #zeewilldraw or by posting the URL for my shop somewhere in the description of the item. Here is the link you can use: zeewilldraw.etsy.com
• CUTTING FILES / DIE CUTS / STENCILS: You are more than welcome to create stencils etc. for PERSONAL use only. No images are to be used under this category for Commercial Use.
These cutting files (SVG), die cuts, stencils etc are NOT to be made for commercial use without my concent. Please contact me directly for quote.

2-. DIGITAL PRINTABLES: * / **
YOU MAY USE ZWD'S PRODUCTS:

• ON PERSONAL AND NON-PROFIT USE: You may use ZWD's products for your personal and any non-profit projects. Credit back to Zee Will Draw is NOT required but always appreciated.

• PRE-MADE PARTY PRINTABLES: You may sell ZWD’s products in printed form ONLY as ADD-ONS to other homemade products. I.e.: You are allowed to use ZWD’s bag toppers, which you purchased and printed out at home, on cookies you make for resale. You may not sell the digital copy, or the printed copy alone or as is. Credit rules apply- see above.

• Printable, editable cards, invitation cards and stationery- FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY.

• CAKE AND COOKIE MAKERS: You may use ZWD’s PRINTABLE products to create perishable items for resale, as long as you are a small business and not large retail or wholesale.

All ZWD files are password-protected*, It protects my designs and my copyright.
The file(s) can only be opened in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
The password remains with ZWD and never will be provided under any circumstance.


3.- DIGITAL CUSTOM ORDERS:

● FILE(S):
EXISTING ITEM: You still will be able to download the generic printable file(s) from etsy, I will send you the customised file(s) LATER.

● TURNAROUND:
Your first proof will arrive on an Etsy convo within 72 hours or less after purchase. If you need the order sooner, please convo me.

● FINAL FILE:
Once I have your final approval, I will send you the final file(s)✱✱ ready to print via Wetransfer (check your spam folder just in case it was blocked. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, search for Wetransfer on your search email files.

● What is WeTransfer?
It’s a cloud-based computer file transfer service. The core service is free. You just have to check your email and click the link provided by WeTransfer in order to download your files.

My products are NOT to be used as part of a Scrapbook Kit or Re-Packaged in a clipart collection to be sold as a digital download.

2.- WEB & BLOG DESIGNERS:
You may NOT use our graphics to create websites, blog headers or logo designs.

3.- PRINT ON DEMAND SITES:
*You are NOT allowed to create printed products, using ZWD’s images and or products, in online stores such as Zazzle, CafePress, Spoonflower, etc. for resale.

4.- CUTTING FILES/ DIE CUTS/STENCILS:
Please contact shop directly for quote.

• Designs in original format may not be distributed or resold in digital or printed form
• Designs in altered format may not be distributed or resold in digital or printed form
• Sale of this any items set does not transfer it's copyright.
• Designs cannot be copied or reproduced in whole or in part
• Designs cannot be claimed as your own
• Designs cannot be shared in it’s original or altered format with anyone.
• Designs cannot be redistributed or resold
• Notice of copyright included in the content may not be removed
• Designs cannot be made into other digital graphic sets and redistributed or resold
• Designs cannot be offered on any web site as downloads or send in any other way
• Designs may not be used in the production of rubber or other ink-based
stamps unless the resulting item will be solely for personal use.
• Designs may not be used in the production of fabric or clothing.

YOU MAY NOT OFFER MY FILES AS FREEBIES. YOU CAN USE THEM FOR PERSONAL USE, EDUCATIONAL USE AND SMALL BUSINESS/COMMERCIAL USE WITH MY WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION. THE COPYRIGHTS REMAINS WITH ME ALL THE TIME. ALL MY FILES HAVE PASSWORD-PROTECTION.
