This items is a complete fraud. The picture advertised is clear vibrant colors. The item I received looks like a blurred. distorted, bad image. 100% disappointed. When I revisit the site, I see it says no returns. I will never purchase from this seller again. You have been warned.

I am really sorry that the customer was not pleased with their purchase. I had reached out to the customer to find out if they were pleased with their product right after their delivery. I wish they had expressed their discontent, I would definitely have the item re-made. I don't do refunds as a shop policy because each item is custom printed to order, but in the rare case that there is a faulty product, I always replace the item or make a refund as per the customer's choice.
