When I ship my packages, I use USPS and purchase tracking to go with it. I send you the tracking number so that we can watch it during its journey. Once the item leaves my hands, there isn't anything I can do. Sometimes USPS is overzealous in their estimated delivery dates. We will keep watching your shipment until it says delivered. (If your package is Canada I can't provide tracking).

I can not and do not guarantee delivery dates. Packages have to be missing for a certain amount of time before a claim can be filed.

If your item does not arrive to you, you have to contact USPS and request information. Request any geographical location information on the delivery. Once we have that information, we can go from there.

Your decal will come with a clear or paper transfer tape attached. Depending on the size of your decal or how many colors you requested at checkout - it may come in multiple pieces. If you ever have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me! If you want us to include the tape but not apply it in-house, let us know.

While I like to think that nothing but perfect products are produced in the studio, sometimes things happen. If you have an issue with your order, please contact me within 3 days. Send a photo of your order so that I can check against my records. If there was an error on my end, I will make it right.

Please keep in mind that these graphics need to be installed shortly after ordering, at most 14 days. Any delay in the application process could result in issues during installation.

This information is important as it changes how we have to cut the vinyl designs. Outside placement goes on the outside of the window. Inside placement will go on the inside of your glass. BOTH placements allows your customers to see the designs from the outside of the business the correct way.

Please NOTE: For customers who are ordering "inside" placement decals, it is important to understand that the inside placement of vinyl designs may result in a distorted color.
