Dear Luciano, We are sorry that your order is not delivered. The fact is that your package has been waiting to be delivered at your local post office for more than a month, and although notice was left, you did not follow the package status with its tracking number and care to pick it up.

Delivery time & Customs procedures
Please read Shop Policies for estimated shipping times. These are only estimated times and I cannot guarantee them.
Please keep in mind that once your package is shipped, the amount of time it takes to get to its destination is out of my control
It is advisable to use expedited shipping for a secure and fast delivery.
When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond my original delivery estimation.
All international non-EU orders will have full value declared on customs forms.
In some countries, buyers are subject to customs taxes and duties on items shipped from International locations. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before buying.
Returns for EU customers
If you are based in the EU
- In case of a return, KEEP our Shop Sales Receipt and the original packaging
- CONTACT US within 3 DAYS after receiving your package, and will assist you in how to return the package to us.
- Ship items back within 7 DAYS of delivery
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
As soon as the item is delivered back to us, your order will be refunded
For non-EU customers returns are accepted in case
- of error or omission on our part
- damaged or broken object during transport
and in no case that the buyer
- omitted to go over the dimensions, colors, or materials of the object

Please follow the tracking and make sure someone will be home for delivery!
In case of non-accepted delivery, wrong address provided, or missed delivery due to negligence, your order will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
In any other case, a formal inquiry for lost or fraud mail will be opened and you will be refunded accordingly
Custom and personalized orders
Custom and personalized orders cannot be returned and refunded
Gold Plated Jewelry
Please take into consideration that gold plating will wear off over time.
If you take good care and how you wear your jewelry and depending on your skin type it can last a long time.
Re-plating is offered by your local jeweler and by me.
