Most of the instant download files are without the bleeds as it is prefered for DIY home printing and for printing services from local print shops.
But if you require bleeds for online print services (like Vistaprint) etc, we can surely provide templates with bleeds. There would be minor additional charges for adding bleeds (such as $1.5 for 1 card or $3 for a 3 cards set)

However kindly check this info for using pre-cut cards for printing:-
Not all printers are compatible with pre-cut sizes, most home printers can't print all the way to the edge of the paper size means they leave different margins at top and bottom and your design will end up looking cut-off. so please check all this before purchasing pre-cut cards.

For printing on both sides(front and back) of the on paper, if you are getting them print from your local print shop, just tell them your preference and they will easily print front and back of the same paper.

But if you are printing them on your home printers kindly check the following:-
--Do not select auto print setting for front and back printing as some desktop printers leave different margin on sides and so it creates difficulties for double sided printing.

--Kindly check while manually inserting the paper in your printer,
1. Print front page.
2. Flip paper over and put back in printer. Make sure that you are inserting the same corners of paper which you had inserted when you printed the front.
