We customise your order for you.
1. Place an order
2. Include your customised text with your order IN NOTES TO SELLER
3. Once you have printed your bare tree (digital version only) or have received your pre-printed version in the mail, it's ready for the fingerprint leaves!
4. Each guest/visitor stamps their fingerprint to create a leaf.
5. Write their name in or around their name with a pencil or fine tip felt pen
6. Once all guests have made their mark, fill in the gaps with more fingerprints.

DIGITAL
Emailed within 2 working days as long as you have supplied the text for customisation.

PHYSICAL PRINT (Not digital)
You will have a proof within 48 hours (excluding weekends) as long as you have supplied the text for customisation. Once we have approval, there is an additional 1-2 working days to print and package for postage.

SHIPPING TIMES (Physical print)
Within Australia= 3-6 working days
International=5-12 working days.
SHIPPING UPGRADES AVAILABLE AT CHECKOUT

Please allow 3 weeks from order to delivery. International shipping is taking up to 12 working days and we can not offer refunds for prints that do not arrive in time for your event. To avoid disappointment, please allow 3 weeks, or order a digital file.

CAN I CHANGE THE QUOTE? – Yes – let me know your changes in notes to seller upon checkout.

CAN I CHANGE THE ICON? – Yes – select the icon from the drop down menu above ‘add to cart’

WHAT PAPER SHOULD I USE (Digital customers only)? – It depends on your printer. I use textured cotton based paper.

WHERE CAN I GET STAMP PADS FROM? – Any craft supply store or some supermarkets.

DOES THE TREE COME WITH FINGERPRINTS? NO - your guests use a stamp pad to create the leaves with their fingerprint. You will receive a bare tree with your customised text. however, some of our prints (the ones with the coloured backgrounds) come with leaf shapes for guests to write their name in or leave a fingerprint.

PHYSICAL - we have 2 sizes
A4 - (210x297mm) approximately 8x12"
A3 - (297x420mm)

DIGITAL
We supply as a standard A4 file, but if you wish to print it at a specific size, please let us know in notes to seller and we will supply free of charge an altered file.

A4 -80+
A3 -130+ fingerprints.

Small fingers (rather than thumbs) are best. Don't forget, the trees look best when they are filled with prints, not just placed just on th tips of branches but filling up all of the white space as per our examples.

If you only have a small number of guests, have them make more than one print or after the event, go back and fill in the space with your prints :-)
