HOW IT WORKS

Once your order is processed a proof of your item will be sent to you for review. First proof is sent within one business day by Etsy messages. Once the proof is approved your digital item will be added as a digital download to your order on Etsy. The final file will be added within one Business Day of proof approval (excluding weekends and holidays). Any orders received after close of business on Friday, will be completed on Monday.

• Home printer (use high quality printer and premium card stock paper (100 lbs) for best results)
• Copy center such as Staples, OfficeMax or FedEx Office
• Online or local print shop
• Final printed quality will depend upon the quality of paper and printer used
►PROOFS are only prepared after purchase.
►MISSING information may delay order preparation.
►TO ENSURE timely file delivery, IF there is no reply within 3 business days after proof is sent, the print-ready file will be sent based on last proof. Any corrections needed after may be subject to additional fees.
►BEFORE purchase check your print shop's file uploading requirements to ensure file compatibility. Changes to item(s) after print-ready files have been sent may be subject to an additional fee.
► Subtle variations in color and surface textures are rendered differently for each monitor. The colors that appear on your screen may not be exact to your final product, depending on how your monitor is calibrated.
We cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized altering of the file and poor print quality or printing errors caused by your printer.
If you are not confident that your home printer will produce the quality desired, we recommend having your file printed at a copy center, online printer or professional print shop.
