5 out of 5 starsI received my schnauzer tablet about 4 days after it was sent. This is such quality paper. Its a gift for my neighbor who has a white schnauzer. She will be over the moon! I have 2 of my own so I highly recommend schnauzer lovers or people with friends who have a schnauzer to get these. And a special thank you to Angela who went above and beyond to practically place the order for me because I was having migraines. I have ordered stationary from Angela before and her work is exceptional! Thank you so so much for everything! And for making my 91 year old neighbor very happy!😘

Custom and personalized orders
When time allows in our schedule we do accept custom or personalized orders - email or message us through Etsy and we can work out the costs and details to create you a Custom Listing to purchase from our Shop. Custom Orders must be paid for up front and may not be cancelled or returned.
What is your return & exchange policy?
Custom items and Print on Demand items are non-returnable.
Due to the nature of all other products, all sales are final.
If you receive the wrong item(s) or a damaged item please contact us within 48 HOURS of receiving your product to submit a claim. Please provide us with your order number as well as photos of the product you did receive including images of the packing materials and box in which the order was shipped. We will issue you a replacement order, and if applicable, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the mis-shipped items. Photos of all MUST be included.
What if my order says delivered and I did not receive it?
All orders will come with a tracking number and will be shipped through USPS First Class or Priority, UPS or FEDEX. If an order tracks as delivered but is not received please contact the shipping carrier directly. Once an order leaves our Shop it is in the hands of the shipping carrier and out of our control. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location to prevent lost or stolen packages. Lula Merle + Co. is not responsible and will not reship or refund orders that track as delivered.

We do not have specific office hours for customer service . We respond to most messages within 24 hours. Most items ship within 2 business days except during holiday times.
