Our men's joggers can also be worn by women. Similar cut but the length is longer for men. So if you are over 5'8", you may want to consider the men's joggers. (The female model is 5'8" wearing men's size medium. She also fits well in the woman's size large.) Our women's joggers are perfect length for the average to more petite woman.

Fabric Care: Machine Washable

**We recommend washing hemp fabrics in cold water and tumble low heat or line/air dry. Hemp and cotton fabrics washed in hot water or high heat dryer may shrink.
