What if I want to cancel my order?

You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of when you place an order.

Do you accept returns/exhanges?

I do not accept returns/exchanges. For more details, please read my shop's privacy policy before placing an order so that we can both avoid possible future issues. If you should have any questions please contact me and I will do my best to provide any necessary clarifications.

What if I see something I want to purchase, but it is currently out of stock?

Please contact me for any out of stock inquiries. I can check my inventory and do my best to work with you.

Do you ship outside of the US?

Sorry, at this moment I am not shipping out of the US.

Custom and personalized orders

I have done some custom orders for previous customers, and I have also rejected some customized orders. It all depends on what you want to be done and whether I can achieve all the details you want in a timely manner. I'm honest, so if your order is beyond my skills, I will have to decline kindly. Additionally, if I don't have the materials, cannot find the materials needed to fulfill your orders, or we both cannot reach an agreement on alternatives for the materials, I will also decline. If you are interested in customizing an order, please contact me, and we will discuss it from there. Thank you.

What shipping services do you provide?

At the moment, I only ship via USPS first class mail. Priority mail shipping is also available at an extra cost.

Missing, Incorrect, or Broken Items

If your order is missing an item, please contact me immediately within 12 to 24 hours of receiving your items. In your message please include a picture of what you originally received. I will kindly ship out the missing item at no charge. For a wrong item (on my mistake) or a broken item, contact me immediately within 12 to 24 hours and keep the original packaging. You will need the original packaging to send the wrong/broken item back to me. I will provide you with a return label. Once I receive the item, I will ship out your item to you at no additional shipping charges.

There have been customers who abused this, so for these customers, I will send out pictures verifying the condition of all items in their order before I ship out.

When are packages ship?

All orders are dropped off and shipped on Friday mornings. Any orders that are made on Friday will be ship on the following Friday.
